Scheduling & Availability
All lessons are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Lessons are organized by location to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Multiple Cities served within 40 miles of Goodyear, AZ

Lessons may be grouped by location on specific days

Preferred time slots are not guaranteed until confirmed
Private Lesson Structure
All lessons are one-on-one private sessions.

Each swimmer receives individual instruction

We do not teach multiple children at the same time

For families with multiple swimmers, lessons are scheduled back-to-back

Payment Policy

All lesson packages must be paid in full upfront to secure your spot

Packages are sold in 6, 12, or 18 lesson options

Lessons are non-transferable
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Client Cancellations:

24-hour notice required to reschedule a lesson

Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may result in loss of that lesson

Repeat cancellations may result in cancellation of plan
No-Shows:

Missed lessons without notice are forfeited
Instructor Cancellations:

Any cancellations on our end will always be rescheduled
Weather Policy
Safety is the top priority.

Lessons may be rescheduled due to:

Lightning

Severe weather

Unsafe pool conditions

Light rain does not automatically cancel lessons (We're getting wet anyways...)
Travel Policy

Travel is included in all lesson pricing

We serve clients within a 40-mile radius of Goodyear, AZ
Safety & Supervision

A parent or responsible adult must be present at all times

For young children, a parent may be required in or near the water

We reserve the right to stop a lesson if safety is a concern
